Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Education or the specific subject area to be taught.

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of full-time teaching experience.

Licensure/Certification: Must hold a valid teaching license or certificate from their home country.

Language Proficiency: Advanced English language proficiency (spoken and written).

Program Eligibility: Must meet all U.S. Department of State requirements for the J-1 Visa Exchange Visitor Program for teachers.

Skills: Strong classroom management skills, adaptability, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
Teachers

Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution. BSN is often preferred.

Licensure: Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Must pass or be eligible for the NCLEX-RN exam.

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. Additional certifications (e.g., PALS) may be required for specialty roles.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting (e.g., hospital, clinic, long-term care).

Skills: Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication and patient care abilities.
Nurses (RNs)

Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

Licensure: Active and unencumbered state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Must pass or be eligible for the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Experience: Experience in a relevant setting (e.g., outpatient clinic, hospital, rehabilitation center) is preferred; new graduates may be considered for some roles.

Skills: Expertise in developing treatment plans, knowledge of therapeutic exercises and modalities, strong patient communication and motivation skills.
Physical Therapists (PT)

Certification: Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, as required by the state.

Experience: Minimum of 6-12 months of experience in a patient care setting (e.g., nursing home, hospital, home health).
-
Skills: Proficiency in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), knowledge of basic medical terminology, strong sense of compassion, patience, and reliability.

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification often required.
Caregivers

Experience: Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is highly preferred.

Skills: Knowledge of standard cleaning methods, materials, and equipment. Understanding of safety protocols (e.g., handling cleaning chemicals, using wet floor signs).

Janitors

For Administrative Assistants:

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills, experience with calendar management, and strong written communication.
For Cold Callers:

Experience: Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.

Skills: Confident and professional phone demeanor, resilience, ability to follow a script while sounding natural, experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
General for all VAs:

Technical: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.
